 Reading Class

                       Language

Our spelling list is correlated with the reading book's study of words-phonics/word structure.  After initial introduction, we have a pretest, study by various means, including workbook pages, ABC order, written stories, etc.  We end with the final test.  Students are also working on skills as prescribed by the reading text and as we see the need.

Writing

We have received state writing scores and will send those to parents as soon as possible.  We will continue to work on our writing skills!

Math

Our math class has completed all standard course of study skills.  We will continue to review skills that give us trouble and enjoy some enrichment activities.  We will continue Accelerated Math.  Please encourage your child to work on PI at home!!!

     Accelerated Math

Accelerated Math is part of homeroom on Thursday and Friday and also part of the math class.  Students have a folder containing practice sheets, tests, and exercises on skills giving them special trouble.  Expect to see these in Tuesday Folders from time to time.
