 Congratulations to the Cast and Crew of "The Best Little Theater in Town" on a successful show.  You were awesome!

Chapel, Tuesday, May 19 - 8:25am - Church - Birthday blessings for June and July; Recorder Ensemble - third and fourth grade students - will lead the worship music

Chapel/Assembly Thursday, May 21 - Parish Hall, 8:25am.  Choirs and Technology will present end of the year program; parents invited

Graduation, Thursday, May 28, 7:00pm - Church; Third and Fourth Grade Recorder Ensemble will perform; Ensemble Choir will sing

   EXTRA-CURRICULAR

SHOWCHOIR  -   meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30am in room 505.  This choir is open to all first through fourth grade students who want to make a joyful noise, and perform as a group for others.  

ENSEMBLE CHOIR  -  meets every Wednesday morning at 8:20 am in room 505.  This choir consists of Middle School students who enjoy singing in a group.  The choir sings for Eucharists, and other special occasions.  

MS THEATRE ARTS and  MUSIC/ LS MUSIC CLASSES

FOURTH QUARTER ROTATION CLASSES BEGIN ON MONDAY, MARCH 23.  THE THEATRE CLASS WILL BE WORKING ON PUBLICITY AND STAGING FOR THE "BLT".  They will also be studying "Music Makes the Scene", the impact of music on the movies and students.  In the plans are also 'designer' folk tales, and student lead chapels at the end of the quarter.

5B, Mr. Liga's class,  will begin the study of "The History of Music" this week which will continue for the remainder of the quarter.

 Third and fourth grade classes will perform at the HSES Graduation and Awards Ceremony Thursday, May 28, beginning at 7:00pm.  Both classes will also play for chapel on Tuesday, May 19. 

Third grade classes are encouraged to take their recorder home each day to practice for the end of the year events. The recorders should be in their backpacks every morning when they arrive at school.
