Dear Second Graders,

     Thank you for another wonderful week. The commercials you made were great. I hope you had fun and learned some things too.

     This week in Science we'll be learning about Sound. We'll learn how sound is made, how it is measured, and how our ears enable us to hear sounds. I have a lot of fun activities planned and I'm excited to get started.

      In Math, we'll be learning different ways to solve story problems. We'll use cubes, number lines and the hundred chart to help.

     In Social Studies, we'll learn about Constitution Day and why it is important.

     We'll continue to work on our small moment stories in writing and practice using punctuation correctly.

      I'm looking forward to another great week! You're the best!!
