The following is my Spring 2010 Schedule. 1st Block - English III 2nd Block - Planning 3rd Block - English III 4th Block - Creative Writing Week of February 8th English III - We will continue reading and analyzing Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter . Analysis will focus on Symbolism, Allegorical Characters, Physiognomy, Symbolic Gestures, Significance of Character Names, and Character Duality. Students will have a chapter of reading and focus questions nightly. Creative Writing - Students have picture vignettes due Tuesday. They will also continue working on writing short stories.
