THIS WEEK IN SOCIAL STUDIES CLASS…………… North Carolina History I have some fun projects planned to help your students have a better understanding about our diverse history. This Week American Indians in North American and North Carolina We will also focus on compare/contrast, inference, cause/effect,and identifyingpolitical and physical features on a map. Vocabulary to know: Current Events The 8th grade students at WWMS will begin ayear-long project focusing on current events. Students will complete onecurrent event report every two weeks.
