Welcome to the Intervention Specialist Page,

Thanks for popping in.  As you may know I am new to Knox MS but not new to the county.  I have worked as the counselor with many of your students at Isenberg elementary and was also the counselor at West MS.

Please feel free to call me at Knox 704-633-2922 x 822 with any questions or concerns about your child.  My office is in the 8th grade academy and I primarily deal with the 8th grade students but not exclusively.

My plans for this year are to begin a parenting group or seminar, at the least.  I also plan to work with groups of students on varying issues.  Communities in Schools and the other school counselors here will all be working closely together to do the best to meet any needs for your student.

As the Testing Coordinator, I will be giving you updates as to what major testing is going on and the dates.  The 8th grade Computer Skills test has been eliminated this year.
