Dear Parents,

It has been a blast doing our firefighter study. Thank you so much to everyone for sending in supplies to build the truck. Making the truck was quite the undertaking but the children really got into it. They studied books to see what we needed, made list to keep track of supplies, and painted every day for a week. They learned so much and I was proud of the way they worked as a team. I hope you got many wonderful stories each day about the process and the outcome.

After the break we may study worms or Knights and Princesses. I know it sounds like two very different ends of the spectrum but they are showing an interest in both. I am hoping to work both studies in at some point.

I hope evryone has a great break. Take time to rest up and enjoy your children. Thanks so much for all you do to support us and for sharing your children with us.
