 Welcome to Mrs. Clement's Kindergarten Class!
It is difficult to believe that half the third quarter is gone. The students are really trying to become 1st graders. We are learning about how to write small moment stories and how to use proper punctuation and capital letters. The boys and girls are really enjoying their "Bag of Books."
They look forward to reading them each week. **Please continue reading with your child every night. Also, help them study their sight words.  Our schedule of enhancements are:
Lunch
11:25 - 11:50 daily
Monday
Art: 10:35 - 11:05
Tuesday
P.E.: 10:35 - 11:05 Media: 1:00 - 1:30
Wednesday
Music: 12:00 - 12:30 Thursday
Bible: 10:35 - 11:05
Friday
Guidance: 10:35 - 11:05 Homework Policy
If homework is not completed or turned in,
sticks will be turned.
Homework will be given Monday - Thursday.
Read 20 minutes each day.

Sightwords - Be sure to work with your student to learn the sightwords we send home in their Homework Folders. Students also need to learn their phone numbers, addresses, and birthdays.
Please help your child count 1-20, learn the days of the week, letters in their names, and the months of the year. With your help this will be a successful year for your child. If you need to talk with me, you may contact me at 704-278-2131.
