Welcome

Grade 6 has just finished the Astronomy book. There were many interesting activities associated with this theme, especially the constellations. They will finish this year with an Animal theme. We are researching different endangered species.

Grade 7 has finished Motion, Forces and Energy and is currently working on a Plant theme. We will be planting different seeds this week. Their growth will be monitored using two controlled settings. Students will take these plants home at the end of the year and, hopefully, reap the rewards of their work.

Grade 8 has finished with Chemical Interactions and Chemical Bonding. Again, there were many interesting activities associated with this theme. They are now finishing their year with Astronomy. We are currently tracking the phases of the moon.

It is so hard to believe that it is May already...time flies!
