Rhino Team Science Homework for January 9, 2009
Students were given 12 genetic terms to define in class today; however, some need to finish defining the terms at home using their textbook. They are due on Monday:
karyotype, multiple alleles, pedigree, carrier, asymptomatic, sex-linked gene, colorblindness, hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell disorder, Down syndrome, polygenic inheritance.
Students are expected to complete research on their genetic disorder as homework this weekend. Many of them have not finished!
January 12 and 13 - Computer lab to finish research/ compose genetic brochure.
January 16- Final genetic disorder brochure due.
