The Yukon High School Band is a music-making community where students are given the tools and encouragement necessary for individual and group success. Members utilize determination, pride, discipline and passion for music to achieve goals. Our top priority is excellence of product and process.
SECTION REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Freshman Band
Tuesday - All Woodwinds - 6:50 a.m. Wednesday - All Brass - 6:50 a.m. Thursday - Full Band - 6:50 a.m.
Arrive no later than 6:40 to give yourself time to get ready and warm up.
Weekly grades will be given for sectional attendance. They are required. WIND ENSEMBLE Monday - All Brass - 7:00 a.m. Tuesday - All Woodwinds - 7:00 a.m. CONCERT BAND coming soon...
Wind Ensemble Recorded Assignment #2 Jig - 60 - 115 Due Wednesday at 4 p.m. If you email, use the new address for recorded assignments: This address is only to be used for submitting assignments.
Basketball Band Next game - a week from Friday, February 17 Basketball and wrestling season is upon us. Boosters need help running these concession stands. Please check the Booster page or contact Lisa Slocumb at lslocumb@cox.net or 265-3535 to sign up.

Flute Choir - Monday, 3:45 - 4:15 p.m. Percussion Ensembles - Tuesday and Thursday evening (as per your schedule) Clarinet Choir - Wednesday - 7:00 a.m. Brass Choir - Thursday evening 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. Freshman Brass Choir - Thursday, 3:45 - 4:30 Freshman Woodwind Choir - Monday, 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
ANNIE GET YOUR GUN orchestra rehearsals Thursday and Friday
Wind Ensemble Smartmusic assignment #3 Florentiner - letter F to letter N due when you score 90+ or by Friday, whichever comes first. No late assignments accepted. Music will be collected Friday in class.
