Hi Parents and Students,

The new nine weeks has started, and I am excited to start preparing for the band festival that will be held at UL on March 18th. I have issued your child most of the music we will perform on that concert. It is going to be a great concert, so please plan to attend on that morning.

I would like to remind you to keep your child practicing his or her instrument daily. The rule is that your child should be practicing 5 nights a week, for 20 minutes each session. Don't forget to initial each practice, and sign-off at the end of the each week. This assignment is worth 100 points under homework assignments.
