Thank you to all who supported the book fair. We were able to take over $750 of books from the fair for our school library. We are in the process of getting these books cataloged and AR tests ordered. Look for all new books to be available for check out by November 7, 2008.

Thanks to all who donated books for the women's shelter and food for the food pantry. We delivered over five boxes of books to the women's shelter and we have one large box of books for the daycare center at the Pregnancy Resource Center. We also have one large box of food for the food panty. We hope to deliver it the first week in November.

By next school year we'd like our students to begin voting for their favorite Mark Twain and Truman Reader books at the state level. Therefore the nominees are listed below for each category. Most of these titles are available for check out in the LMC.
