We are busy working on Unit 2-3 "Helping Hands".  All students should have the following information written in their planners:

Friday, Nov. 7:  Bring your favorite book (that you have finished within the last quarter) to class on Friday.  We will be working on a book project with each student's book.

Friday is also our Veteran's Day Celebration...Wear red, white, and blue!

Monday, Nov. 10 and Tuesday, Nov. 11...NO SCHOOL!!!

Wednesday, November 12:  Reading Logs are due!  Both sides of the reading logs need to be completely filled out and signed by a parent.  This quarter, reading logs are worth 20%!  Reading Logs are due every Monday.  Students are to read a minimum of 20 pages for 5 out of the 7 days in the week.  All students need to complete the weekly reading log about the book that they are currently reading.

Friday, November 14:  Unit 2-3 Reading Test (Vocabulary Comprehension & Spelling)
