Hello and Welcome to

 Ms. Punch's Class website!

Wow! Was the carnival fun or what? Hot, but fun!  Thank you to our Room Mommy Andrea for being our coordinator for this event. Thanks also to our moms who staffed our booth. It was a great success. I've flooded our photo site with pictures, so please check them out.

The portfolio picnics are this week. Please don't forget your date with your child. Remember this is your time to reflect together about the successes and struggles of the year. I ask that you also fill out and return the two reflection forms. You have an hour to lunch with your child, but if you need more time, please take it.  I will understand. In the portfolio, you will find two sets of papers. The section in the red folder is for your child's first grade teacher and must remain at school. The others are for you to keep. I hope you will have a productive and informative time reflecting with your child.

A few points to remember: 

-Students should be in the classroom by 8:05 am or need to have an admission slip from the office.

-Tuesday folders come home each week and contain important information for parents. Please carefully review them and return any forms. Don't forget to sign them!

-Blue folders come home daily with work we have done and/or homework to be completed. Please check backpacks for these on a daily basis.

-Please be sure your child brings back their library book each week.
