Welcome!
Our winter weather, if you can call it that, has been unpredictable this year. We have had many pleasant days so please dress warmly for PE as we will be outside as often as the weather will allow. Our schedule is sports skills Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with fitness/HOPSports on Tuesdays and Fridays. Speed ball, basketball, volleyball, and 8-base kickball are some of the activities we have been enjoying the past few weeks. We are excited about our new fitness room, which should be up and running soon. It will contain elliptical machines and stationary bikes connected to a video training system. Weight training is another optional activity on fitness days for all grades. We started an introduction to weight training with 6th graders 2nd quarter and we were pleased with the effort and participation! Let us know if you have any questions! Thanks, Coach Crawley |
