The Inventions Spelling and Grammar Test will be given on Tuesday, May 24, 2011.  You can find the new set of words below and in your child’s composition book.  The students receive Spelling words based on their leveled groups (Outstanding and Brilliant).  For the test the students should be able to spell each Spelling word correctly (R-Controlled AR Words), correctly write the abbreviations for the days of the week,  (see below), and write one descriptive sentence using a given word and a color word.
