August 30, 2009 Welcome to a new school year. I am looking forward to greeting old friends and meeting new ones. The first several weeks will be spent determining reading levels of new students, determining needs and setting up schedules with teachers, and assisting the first and second grade teachers in forming the guided reading groups. I am looking forward to a great year, full of success for my students.
