Dear Parents,

Boys Night Out will be rescheduled.

We took the NWEA Reading test again today. Most children are above the mean. I am so proud of them.

Next Tuesday is Valentines' Day. Children may bring in cards if they bring in one for everybody. They may also bring in a box decorated like a Valentines' mailbox. Candy can not be given. Children may give pencils, erasers or other school items.

Next Friday we will have a Winter Party. A snack will be served in the afternoon.

The next book report rubric was passed out. Everyone did get a science fiction or fantasy book in the library. The children will be creating a kite book report. It is due April 13.

Math: Study flash cards.  A many children need to brush up. Only three children finished in the five minutes I allowed. We will continue multiplication and division facts.  Everyone has 1 worksheet tonight.

Spelling: Test tomorrow Friday.
