5/19 Virtual Zoo during the school day - parents are welcome to come at this time.

5/19 PTA meeting where 4th grade research projects will be on display.

5/20  The students will be attending the 5th grade Variety show

We all had so much fun on the field trip.  The stockyards really brings our Social Studies curriculum to life.  Thank you to Mrs. Mason, Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Kowal for going with us on the field trip.  You made it much easier on all of us by being there.

Reading:  Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl.  We are sharing one class set with 2 other classes.  I told the students they can bring their own copy of the book to use in class.  This is not mandatory, just helpful.

Math:  Step up to 5th grade review.  Continue practicing multiplication facts at home.  Logic and reasoning this week.

Writing:  Research presentations and creative writing to go with our reading book.

Spelling:  Unit 32.  ABC order Tuesday and Picture words Wednesday.  Test Friday.

Science:  We begin our unit on Sandy Shores and learn about the beach and what makes sand

2:50 - 3:00 Pack up/Dismiss
