RELIGION 

We will finish All Saint’s Day next week.  

READING READINESS  

We will start the letter and sound of the week  with the short Aa sound.

HOMEWORK/SHARING

Please send one non-toy item that begins with the short Aa sound as in Advent.

MATH READINESS

We have been learning the poems for the numbers 1-10.  Next week we will practice printing the numbers 1-10.  The number poems for 6-10 are in the Friday Folder.

SCIENCE

We will begin a new shared reading book entitled ‘November’.  We will be talking about the change of season and how  some animals are not around this time of year.

GOD’S SHINING STAR

Greta is the next God’s Shining Star.

SOCIAL STUDIES

We will be learning about the first Thanksgiving!

SPECIALS

Tuesday is our library day.  Please return all library books to school by Tuesday, thanks!

With the colder weather upon us, please send hats, mittens/gloves and warm coats to school daily.  We do go outside every day, thanks!

Please have your child share with you their Count and Chant book.

The Marathon Prize assembly was great fun!  You may continue to send money for the Marathon if you have not done so.  Thanks for your support!!
