You are in Mrs. Angela Hankins' 8th Grade Computer Discovery lab. Thank you for visiting my schoolnotes page. I hope you utilize this resource to stay up to date with your student's assignments and work in the lab.

As I have discussed with your student, all work must be completed in the computer lab. In order for your student to be successful in class and earn his/her high school credit for business and technology, your student must be present. When your student is absent, he/she must make up any missing work during class.

Lesson Plans for Week 1:  August 9th - 13th

 ***These are the activities I have planned for the students to complete this week. Each class is unique, and there may be minor changes (for example, extending an assignment to the following day when a majority of the class has not finished). I will not make any major change which could affect your student's ability to do well (for example, give a test early with no warning/opportunity for the student to study).***

Monday: Introduction to Computer Discovery and the Computer Discovery packet.

Tuesday: Continue covering the Computer Discovery curriculum and classroom rules/guidelines.  Collect signed Computer Discovery packets.

Wednesday: Collect signed Computer Discovery packets.  Students will begin the NEJ Student Handbook assignment.

Thursday:  Collect signed Computer Discovery packets. Students will complete the NEJ Student Handbook assignment and turn it in to be graded during class.

Friday: Review NEJ Student Handbook assignment. Students will begin copying the Computer Discovery Safety Notes.
