At this time, we are beginning the research paper process.

• A & B blocks, English IV, level two:  students should have already selected a career to research.  Students will locate information and read to find out what education and training is required for the career as well as the forecast for demand for the career, salary expectations, and opportunity for advancement. 
• C & G blocks, English IV, level one:  students will have until December 10 to pick out a novel for the research project.  The standard topic is:  to what extent does the novel reflect the era in which it was written?  The importance of the novel selection itself cannot be underestimated.  The selection of novel will be approved in class.
