          May 26, 2009 

     The children may wear HSES shirts and shorts on Wednesday for Field Day.  On Thursday the children may wear casual clothes. We dismiss at 11:30 on Thursday.                                           

     Please send a bag with handles so that we may bring home supplies and workbooks each day.

     Report cards will be mailed on Friday.  Hopefully everyone will receive the report card on Saturday.

 

     Enjoy your summer and keep your child reading and reviewing addition and subtraction facts.  Keeping a journal, which will keep writing skills sharp, is another idea that would greatly benefit your child.

     I am extremely proud of the accomplishments made by your child.  The Reading Awards the children received was amazing!  What a wonderful way to end the year!

     Have a restful and wonderful summer.
