It's almost February. Do you have a Valentine? Your Valentine doesn't necessarily have to be a boyfriend or girlfriend. Valentine's Day is all about love. Show friends, parents, teachers, and other important folks in your life how much you love them. Text  friends unique (not bulk) messages expressing how much you love them and describing things about them that you admire. Schedule a date with parents/guardians to have fun or to go eat someplace you know they like. Email your favorite teacher telling him or her how much you enjoy his or her class. Call someone you haven't seen in a while and tell that person how much he or she means to you. Make a card for a brother or sister.

Think about ways you can show love this whole month. Love others as you love yourself. AND if you don't love yourself that much, showing love to others will help you with that, too! There are a lot of hurting people in this world, and if we ALL just took a few minutes each day to tell people we love them and why, we might be able to make some of that hurt go away!
