If you want something different to do, I read about two things in the Cullman Times that you might enjoy. The first is the performance of Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet" at Wallace State in the Betty Leeth Haynes Theatre located on campus in the Student Center. Performances will be held Nov. 5,6, and 7 at 7pm and Nov.8 at 2pm. Tickets are $5 at the door. That's cheaper than a movie, and some of you are reading that play this year anyway! It might be helpful!!!....Also there will be Civil War reenactors at their "camp" in Depot Park across the street from the Cullman museum at 8am on Sat. Nov.7 if you enjoy history. (Do any of you get up that early on a Sat.?):) As you may or may not know, funding was cut this year, and so was my part-time position. I will miss the students at Addison and all of my co-workers. Maybe I'll see ya at a ballgame or somewhere...Take care and be good!!! Love, Mrs. White |
