Homework February 1-5 Continue through February 8-12 Homework is expected and will reflect your child’s grade. Homework can be turned in during the week, only if your child completes all work early, or your child can turn his or her homework in on Friday. It is important to teach your child responsibility for his or her work. Your child should take “pride” in all that he or she does. Please have your child put his or her name on all their work. Your child needs to put their first name and last name initial on all work. (Example: John D.) Monday- Write each spelling word 5 times each. (way, day, may, play, say, stay. Give lots of details. Use lots of “sparkle words. Read nightly for 15 minutes. You should write 6 or more sentences. Please indent the first sentence and end your paper with a closing sentence.
