Welcome!  This semester, I am teaching Advanced Functions and Modeling and Math Fundamentals.


My 2nd semester schedule is:

1st) Advanced Functions and Modeling

2nd) Advanced Functions and Modeling

3rd) Math Fundamentals

4th) Planning


The week of 2/08/10: 

  • Math Fundamentals

A) Start Chapter 1 (The Tools of Algebra)


  • Advanced Functions and Modeling

A) Finish Chapter 1 (Relations and Functions)

B) Wednesday (Chapter 1 Test)


  • For all classes, students need to have:
A) a 3-ring binder for keeping quizzes and tests
B) a spiral notebook for notes
C) pencils (no ink pens)


All Students may earn extra credit by purchasing AAA batteries for the calculators.

Our textbooks will remain in the classroom but may be checked out at any time.


For all classes, my grading consists of the following:

  • 25% - homework 

  • 25% - quizzes

  • 50% - chapter tests
