Welcome, this semester I am teaching Algebra I and Advanced Functions and Modeling.


My 1st semester schedule is:

1) Advanced Functions and Modeling
2) Algebra I
3) Algebra I
4) Planning

The week of 2/6/12

  • Advanced Functions and Modeling
A) Start Chapter 6 (Radian Measure)
 

  • Algebra I
A) Finish Chapter 3 (Solving Linear Equations)
B) Thursday Unit 1 Test
 

For all classes, students need:

A) A 3-ring notebook (3 inches)
B) notebook paper
C) pencils (no ink pens)

For all classes, my grading consists of:

A) homework/classwork (25%)
B) quizzes (25%)
C) chapter tests (50%)


Students may earn extra credit by purchasing AAA batteries (one four pack) for the calculators.

The textbooks will remain in the classroom but may be checked out to use at home.
