Have a Safe and Happy Holiday's


The Landis Staff wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday's.  There are many wonderful things happening over the next 7 days before break.  Parents please be watching for information on upcoming parties.  All of our student parties will occur on 12/22/09.  If you wish to attend please make sure that you inform the teachers and you are welcome to sign your child out after his/her party.  Thank you for all your support these first few months, we are looking forward to 2010. 

These are some important dates to keep in mind for the month of January:

January 5th: Students return to school

January 18th: Martin Luther King, JR. Birthday (No School for Teachers and Students)

January 21st and January 22nd:  School Work Days (No school for students)

Report cards will be sent home February 2, 2010.

Also, parents please remember that our tardy bell rings at 7:45.  If you arrive after this time you will be asked to bring your child into the front office to sign in.  If your child is in 1st grade and arrive after 8:00 they will have to stay in the front office until 8:40.  Our Direct Instruction time for these grades is at this time and we will not interrupt instruction.  Please make sure that your child is arriving before 7:45.   Thank you.
