WELCOME TO PRE~K * Message from the Teacher: Parents, please encourage your child to stay foucsed and do his / her best. Continue working with your child nightly. April Topics: Easter, Plants / Growing Things and Animals. Dates to Remember: April 2 - Report Cards April 3 - Jean Day cost $1.00 April 4 & 5 - NO SCHOOL ( Teacher Training Days) April 6- Holiday (NO SCHOOL) April 9 - 13- SPRING BREAK April 16- Welcome Back !!! April 19 - Kindergarten Registration (8:00am- 12:00) April 27 - Field Trip to Dan Nicholas Park ( RED SHIRTS) Helpful Information:Arrival: Pre-K children meet in the front entry at the bench a 7:45. Teachers will escort Pre-K students to the cafeteria for breakfast. Lunch: Our lunch time is 10:35-1105. Buying a snack is discouraged in Pre-K only on "Fridays". Please put lunch money in an envelope with your child's name,Teacher's name and amount.We send them to the cafeteria each day. You are welcome to eat lunch with your child whenever you can. Absences: If you child is absent for any reason, you must send a note explaining the absence. Attendance is very important for your child's learning. PTO: I strongly encourage everyone to become an active member of our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). PTO does many wonderful things to help enhance your child's learning experience. |
