April 2012             Happy Easter!!

Have a great Spring Break!!

Everyone is ready for a break and deserves one. Enjoy time at home with family and friends. Get some rest and come back ready to work hard and end up this year doing your best work ever!

Parents:

Please see that your students are stocked up with paper, pencils, etc...to finish out the fourth quarter of school.

We need them to be here every day and keep up with their work and complete all assignments on time. (Your help in checking homework and signing agendas is greatly appreciated.)

We are trying very hard to prepare them for 7th grade and do not want to continue accepting late work and having them think that it is okay to miss deadlines.

This is a busy time of year. We still have a lot of information to cover and we are preparing daily for the EOGs. We need them well rested, fed, and awake when they come to school.

All classwork not finished, must be completed that night at home for homework. Please check the homework hotline for work and special announcements. It is updated daily during planning. 

The week we come back the students will be in Computer Lab B working on Planet Slideshow Presentations. We only have one week to do this project and it cannot be completed at home. Their attendance and effort to listen and work hard is needed.

We are covering Planets and our Solar System in this last quarter. It should be a fun and interesting topic.
