After 18 years of serving Bostian Elementary as a counselor, I am making a change in schools by transferring to Corriher-Lipe Middle School.  I have had many happy years at Bostian.  I have had a most rewarding career thus far.  I will miss my students and friends greatly, but I look forward to making a new home at CLMS.  I need this change in my life to rejuvenate myself and recognize new challenges at a different level of education. It is an exciting adventure for which I have needed for quite some time; however,  Bostian will always be my home. 

Mrs. Stacie Chapman will be the new Bostian counselor.  I know that all of you will welcome her with open arms.  She will be a great asset to the Bostian family.

Mrs. Deal has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Pfeiffer University.  She taught elementary school prior to extending her education with a graduate degree from UNCC in Guidance and Counseling.  Mrs. Deal has worked in the field of education for 25 years.
