Welcome to Lifetime Sports. We are off and walking. It's hard to believe that summer  is gone and we into a new semester.

During this class we will participate in whiffle ball, bocce, disc golf, ultimate frisbee, kickball and carolina tag football. We will engage in outdoor activities as long as the weather cooperates. Students will be required to accumulate fifty miles of walking during the semester. Remember this is an upper level physical education class, students are expected to pace themselves and not fall behind on their mileage. Good luck and keep up the good work.

There is a $20.00 fee for the lifetime sports class to help offset the cost of  field trips we will be taking during the fall semester. Arrangements to pay this fee should be made as soon as possible so you will be allowed to take part in all activities. This is a participation class and your grade will reflect your participation.

Basketball News

Weightlifting on Monday and Wednesday @ 2:30 for those athletes not involved in a fall sport.

Tryouts will begin on Monday, Nov. 2 and you must have a current physical on file to participate.  See Coach Everhart if you need a physical form.
