Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Homework for this week:

ELA:

Monday: Create 4 corners for the 5 vocabulary words from page 209 in Literature Book.

Tuesday:  Identify the similes in the story (give sentences and page number found in)

Wednesday:  Write about how the children felt toward Margot after seeing the sun for the first time.

Thursday:  Complete the 3 questions from the board.

1. Is the description of the children's response to the Venusian "spring" accurate? Explain.

2. What is the author suggesting when he says that one of the children "gave a little cry" when he or she remembered Margot.

3. Is it believable that the children cannot look at each other as they think about having left Margot in the closet?

Friday: Study for Test
