    Welcome to my page.

This year is really going fast.... Testing is jus right around the corner.  It is very important that students come every day for the next 4 weeks.  Testing begins Tuesday, May 15th and ends Thursday May 17th.  If your child misses one of these days, they will have to make the test up when they return to school.  This is usually harder on the student.

READ! READ! READ!

Your child should be reading 20 minutes 4 times a week.  They receive a stamp for each night that they read.  If they read 7 nights, they receive 7 stamps.  These stamps go on their reward card.  If they get 100 stamps in the fourth quarter, they will be rewarded with a special surprise. These book titles should be written in the agenda at the bottom of each day.  Some or our students are not reading, so please make sure your child is not one of the nonreaders.

   The points end  June 1.  PBIS Team has a great treat for all of the children that make their goal.

   Last quarter we only had  5 children total out of the fourth grade that did not make it.  We would love to have 100% make it this quarter.  We already have a few that are not reading!

   Remember to study your multiplication tables.  We will still have timed tests weekly.
