A BIG THANK YOU to the individuals, organizations and churches who have so generously given to our students and families at Morgan Elementary School. This Thanksgiving and Christmas, we were able to provide food, clothing, and Christmas gifts to all those who requested help over the holidays. Our families are very grateful for your thoughtfulness and your kindness in sharing with them during these difficult financial times.
I have been visiting all of our K-5 classes for guidance lessons every two weeks. We have talked about study skills, character traits, careers, making good decisions, bullying, and ways to stay safe. I also have worked with students individually and in small groups to improve social and academic skills. Please let me know if you child is experiencing any problems at home or at school. Together we can help to make this year a productive and happy one for all of our students. If you need school supplies, clothing (including winter coats and shoes), or anything else to help you child at school, please let me know.
