We are one of two More at Four Preschool classes at Morgan Elementary. My name is Mrs. Sellers and I am the teacher. My aide is Mrs Call . We are both very excited to be teaching your children and meeting you.

Our daily schedule includes breakfast, lunch, snack, outdoor playtime and indoor centers, as well as the all important Nap Time!!! We have a morning circle time where we learn about the week's topic, read stories, sing and dance. After circle we do individual instruction and the children get to play in centers.

This program is set up to prepare your child to enter kindergarten with the required basic skills. This is accomplished through indirect learning during play and by guided activities and lessons. We work on  cutting, coloring, learning colors, letters, their names, and cooperating with others. The biggest skill we work on all year long is independence. We want your child to go to kindergarten with the ability to think and do for themselves as well as problem solve.

We follow the daily routine of a regular elementary school. The children will be bringing home "mail" for you as well as their completed assignments. Please make sure you check their bags daily.

Please be aware of the weather, we will be going outside most days so please dress your child appropriately. Also, school closings and early dismissals will be announced on the TV and Radio stations. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful day!!!
