We will learn our ABC's, vowels, and letter sounds.

Each student should be able to recognize
 each letter,
write the capital and lowercase of each letter,

and tell you what sound each letter makes.




We have sent home a sight word list your child needs to practice.On Friday of each week your child will be tested on the words for that week.
 





In math we will be learning patterns, position words and shapes.

Homework for Each Week
Homework is sent home weekly
and pertains to the week's new letter.
1st sheet - Draw or cut & paste pictures of items that
begin with that letter.

2nd sheet - Color the pictures of items that begin with that letter
and X out items that do not begin with that letter.
3rd sheet - Practice writing the letter using capitals
and lower case letters.

4th sheet - Math practice sheet.
