Welcome to Coach Walton's web page. I look forward to working with you and your child during the 2011-2012 school year. The Boys will be in PE for the entire 1st QTR working on cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. They will be participating in FItness Gram activities in the following events: push ups, sit and reach, curl ups, pull ups, and the mile run/walk. Future Fundraising Activities include: Dodgeball Tournament - November 18 from 3:45-5:30. Flag Football Tournament - TBA 3-point contest - TBA Hot Shot contest - TBA Knockout/Eliminator Tournament - TBA All fundraising money will go directly to the Athletic Department for athletic purchases. Items in desperate need: 73 Football Helmets New uniforms for football, boys basketball, baseball, boys and girls track, wrestling, and softball. General equipment for all sports
Health Students are required to come to class prepared. They must have paper and pen/pencil. Points will be deducted for attending class without the proper materials needed. Physical Education Students are required to "dress out" for PE each day. Each student is asked to bring $1 to rent a lock and locker for the entire year. This is the only way to secure their clothes and valuables. Any lost, stolen, or left valuables are not the responsibility of the PE Department. NC STANDARD COURSE OF STUDY OBJECTIVES
