autumnc.thm.gifWelcome to Mrs. Austin's AIG Class! First quarter is zipping by quickly. Students have completed their first AIG biography project. They were great!!!! The second project will be to complete a Bloom's Ball Book Report. Directions have been passed out. The project is due November 16. Students should work through out the weeks ahead to complete the work. The AIG program has chosen RELATIONSHIPS as our key concept this year. Through out the year, students will continue to determine how relationships can be connected to characters in stories, mathematical concepts, and even science and social studies topics. We will also study Art Costa's "Habits of Mind" to determine which intelligent behaviors successful individuals possess as well as Bloom's Taxonomy Levels. Through the study of Blooms questioning levels, students will fine tune their comprehension skills.
