A few reminders:
1. Be aware that I will be contacting you during the school year for your Child's educational  plan. I look forward to meeting with you.

3. This year I will be half time here and half time at Knollwood Elementary. I will be at CGE in the afternoons.

TEN WAYS TO HELP YOUR CHILD GET ORGANIZED:
1.  Use checklists.

2. Organize homework assignments.

3. Designate a study space.

4. Our words to become familiar with for this year are:

Formulate, analyze, support, predict, infer, describe, compare, explain, summarize, contrast, and trace.

    Please help your child with these words.

5. Keep organized notebooks.

6. Conduct a weekly clean-up of book bags and notebooks.

7. Create a household schedule.

8. Keep a master calendar of the family's schedule.

9. Prepare for the day ahead.

10. Provide needed support while your child is learning to become more organized.
