*AN IMPORTANT PART OF EDUCATION IS LEARNING THAT PHYSICAL FITNESS IS THE KEY TO A HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, AND MORE PRODUCTIVE LIFE.

We encourage parents to adopt HEALTHY lifestyles for you and your children. Children model what they see. Please help us to
KEEP OUR CHILDREN FIT!
"By making the relatively small change from an inactive lifestyle to one that includes moderate, but regular physical activity, even the most sedentary Americans can prevent disease and premature death and improve their quality of life."
