Welcome to 8th grade science. I am so excited about this coming year!  I hope you are as well. I am looking forward to many exciting adventures and new challenges this school year. I hope that you come to school this year as thrilled as I am and I hope that this is the best year you could ever imagine.  I am excited about the opportunity to get to know you.  You are the most important part of my classroom. I am counting on your ideas and participation as we explore the hydrosphere, travel through geologic time and experiment with chemistry.These are just a few of the adventures we will take. Supplies needed for science this year.  

  • A 3 ring binder and loose leaf paper

Thanks to RSS, my classroom is a 21st Century Model Classroom. We are fortunate to have laptops, i-pod touches, a document camera, video camera,  promethean board and active inspire votes.  My students enjoy the technology in our classroom.  Most of our lessons are interactive and revolve around this technology.
