Structured Writing

Structured Writing is a course that is designed to prepare students for the NC State Writing Test and improve their writing skills.  

The students write daily with the expectation of seeing improvements in their writing skills in their ability to express ideas and use correct writing conventions.  Students will also be tested in vocabulary, grammar, and presentations abilities.  Many of these elements not only prepare students for the North Carolina Writing Assessment, but also proves to be a quality preparation for the Rowan-Salisbury School System mandated graduation project.
