    As you all know by now, I will be retiring soon.  My last day with the children will be Dec. 22, 2009.  I want to let you know that I've enjoyed your children so much.  It's hard to let them go, but I must.  They are being left in capable hands.  Ms. Burleson did her student teaching here at Hurley under Mrs. Nina Bell.  She is excited about working with the class.  I know that you will all work with her as well as you've worked with me.  Thank you so much for all of your cooperation.

Monday: Write your words in ABC order.

Tuesday:  Put the th words and the wh words in two lists.

Wednesday: Write good sentences with each word.
  
Thursday:    Write each word five times each.
