Welcome To Hanford-Dole Art Department! We are fortunate to have a beautiful Art Room again this year!  Children have been able to create wonderful works of Art this year which include paintings, drawings and clay sculptures. Current Information: I see ALL of the students at HDES every week, once a week. Lessons in our Art Rooms are integrated with the learning that the children do in their regular classrooms. For example: While students are learning about North Carolina History in their Social Studies class, we will create Arts & crafts that are native to North Carolina, in the Art Room. Upcoming Information: Be sure to check out Waterworks Visual Arts Center's Children's Art Class offerings via thier website: Waterworks.org I will be teaching clay classes there throughout the school year and I would love to see some of my HDES & KES students there!
