Have a great weekend!!! *Here's How Test Corrections Work* Once a test has been graded, I will return it to students and allow 2-3 nights for test corrections...here are the rules/requirements: 1. Test must be signed by a parent in order for corrections to be accepted. 2. Use your textbook/notes to go back and look over what you missed. 3. Corrections should be done with blue or black ink. Cross out (don't erase or scribble) your original answer and write the new answer next to or above the old answer. DO NOT write them on separate paper. 4. I will not accept test corrections late--this is an opportunity for extra credit, which I will always expect on time. 5. Extra credit questions on the test do not count during test corrections. 6. True/False questions--you should cross out and rewrite the sentence with your corrected answer. 7. Take your time and do it right! You can earn up to half of the credit that you lost on the test. (ex. If you score a 60--extra credit not included--and you do the test corrections and they are all right, you can bump your score up to an 80! From an 'F' to a middle 'C'.) Please take advantage of these types of opportunities!!! 9/29/08 Act: Today we will review notes that should be used as a study guide for the quiz on Atlantic South America on Wednesday.
