Return library books on Mondays. 4. Practice tying shoes and zipping coats. 5. Remember to sign Thursday folders. 6. Review skills at home learned at school. As your child reads the take home books to you, ask questions about the story to check comprehension. When doing BARK projects, have your child practice retelling the story. 7. Encourage neatness in all work. 8. Encourage good listening and following directions the first time they are given. 9. Please read carefully all information send home from the office and class. 10. Please write your child's name in all sweaters and coats. 11. Please continue to send cans for us to recycle and earn money for various projects for kindergarten--such as our end of the year party. r 1. Practice tying shoes and zipping coats. 2. Send lunch and ice cream money in a labeled envelope with pin #. 3. Show and tell is on Fridays. Help your child practice clues. 4. School folders come home on Thurs.-sign and return on Friday. 5. Please send notes when your child is absent or will be picked up early. 6. Book projects for the BARK program are presented on Fridays. Please send book used with the project. Practice presenting the necessary information for the book with your child (this was sent in an earlier letter). 7. Remember that your child should be reading at least two take home books every week. |
