August 10-14

Welcome Back!!

Spelling:

Unit 1-Test Tuesday.
If you make an A or B on the test, begin studying the next unit.  If you make a C, D, or F, you must complete enough spelling activities to bring your grade up to an A or B.  Assignments are due on Friday.

Language: 

We will complete some sort of writing activity each day.  We will be concentrating on strong ideas this week.  We will also be working on proper nouns.

Reading:  

We will be discussing the Elements of Fiction this week.  Students will take notes on these parts on Monday. We will complete activities all week on Elements of Fiction.


Homework:

-review DOLs

-study spelling words
