This assignment is due the last Friday of each month. Topics to be Covered = We will focus our attention this quarter on a wide variety of topics. We will begin the year with a brief review of common geographical terms and knowledge. We will then visit the Native Americans and explorers that were a key part in the development of America. This will lead us into the lives of the first settlers to the United States and the battles they face not only to survive but to gain their independence. We will also focus our class time on reading skills that content is related to Social Studies. Hopefully the practice in reading will help them become more efficient readers for the EOG as well as for life.
