April News
Our Eggs Are Here!! Twelve eggs have been delivered to our classroom for a very exciting embryology learning experience!! Students will learn about how the chicks’ embryos develop inside of the eggs as the incubator keeps the eggs warm. We will “candle” the eggs so that students can actually see parts of the embryo as light shines through the thin egg shell. We are very much looking forward to the end results... baby chicks! The incubation period is 21 days so we are expecting the chicks to hatch around May 8!! This is a very exciting time in our classroom.
